This activity has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education by the State Bar of California in the amount of 1.0 hour of general participatory CLE. The Orange County Bankruptcy Forum certifies that this activity conforms to the standards for the approved education activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California governing MCLE.

The Zoom participation log serves in place of signing the Record of Attendance and notes total attendance time. Each attendee must be logged in through the Zoom system on their own device/computer and be present for the live program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit. Neither self-study nor partial credit is available for this program.
